About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and deliver new‑hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Manage employee termination procedures in a respectful and compliant manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with managers and staff.
