National Service Planning General Manager

About the role

The National Service Planning General Manager will lead planning and operational excellence for BIT after‑sales centers across the MENAT region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that strategy, budgeting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives align with the company’s vision of delivering a Best‑in‑Town guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, cascade, and monitor the Hoshin plan for BIT after‑sales operations.
• Create and manage project plans for key initiatives, tracking progress and action‑plan completion.
• Prepare annual budgets, coordinate with BIT centers, and ensure financial KPI achievement.
• Produce monthly KPI, financial, and management presentation reports.
• Mentor Gemba Leaders in TPS, TBP, and SGA project implementation and oversee Obeya rooms at each center.
• Drive Kaizen culture through regular reviews, workshops, and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and operations management within an after‑sales or automotive environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
