Associate Manager, Operations Cost Accounting

About the role

Join SC Johnson's Global Supply Chain team as an Associate Manager, Operations Cost Accounting, responsible for financial management of the manufacturing site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will monitor performance, drive budgeting, CAPEX, cost‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide actionable reporting on volumes, conversion cost and cost savings.
• Prepare accurate forecasts aligned with the S&OP process, highlighting risks and opportunities for plant performance.
• Lead CAPEX proposals, perform ROI analysis, obtain senior sign‑off and track project execution.
• Identify and quantify cost‑saving opportunities across manufacturing, including OEE improvement and waste reduction.
• Maintain and improve internal controls under the Sarbanes‑Oxley framework and act as primary contact for auditors.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management.
• 5‑7 years of post‑qualification experience with strong accounting knowledge, preferably US GAAP.
• Fluency in English and high integrity.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
