Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse will provide clinical nursing services within an industrial or construction setting, ensuring the health and safety of employees in accordance with Saudi occupational health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workplace health surveillance and medical examinations.
• Provide emergency response and first‑aid care on site.
• Perform spirometry and audiometry testing for occupational health monitoring.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with SCFHS standards.
• Collaborate with management to implement health and safety programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2‑3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Post‑graduate qualification or certification in Occupational Health Nursing (certificate, diploma or master’s).
• Knowledge of Saudi occupational health regulations.
• Previous experience in occupational health within industrial, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas or petrochemical environments, preferably at least two years.
• Experience in workplace health surveillance and emergency response.
• Training and competency in spirometry and audiometry.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in English.
• Valid transferable Iqama for non‑Saudi candidates.
