OCM Consultant

About the role

The OCM Consultant will lead organizational change initiatives aligned with IT implementation projects. This role focuses on driving adoption, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful transition across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies that support IT implementation goals.
• Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and promote adoption of new processes.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, creating mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver communication strategies and training programs.
• Manage resistance and provide support to employees during transitions.
• Establish OCM governance, track KPIs, and ensure adoption success.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
