On-Site Senior English Instructor

About the role

4Level1 is seeking a full‑time On‑Site Senior English Instructor to join its Riyadh campus. You will deliver high‑quality, CEFR‑aligned English lessons to adult and young‑adult learners, fostering practical communication skills for academic, professional, and social contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver face‑to‑face English lessons that follow the CEFR framework and 4Level1’s communicative approach.
• Design lesson materials, assessments and provide constructive feedback on learner progress.
• Assess learner performance and maintain accurate records of progress.
• Support curriculum implementation and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices.
• Mentor junior instructors as needed and collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent teaching quality.
• Participate in professional development activities and school events.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching and language teaching skills with the ability to address diverse learner needs.
• Proven experience teaching adults or young adults in EFL/ESL settings, preferably within CEFR‑aligned programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., DELTA, MA TESOL) are a plus.
• Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal abilities, with a learner‑centered approach.
• Willingness and ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and adapt to local cultural and educational contexts.
• Familiarity with communicative and skills‑based teaching methods and CEFR assessment.
