One Identity Manager Administrator

About the role

ExeQut is seeking a mid‑level One Identity Manager Administrator to manage the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the One Identity Manager platform. You will support user lifecycle operations, access governance, and workflow processes while collaborating with security and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer One Identity Manager in production and non‑production environments.
• Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments and access request workflows.
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver identity lifecycle activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization, provisioning, and workflow issues.
• Work with connectors, application integrations, and directory services such as Active Directory.
• Assist with account reconciliations, access reviews and identity data quality.
• Perform routine platform maintenance, configuration changes and issue resolution.
• Support incident, request and problem management within SLA timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application owners on IAM‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or similar support/admin roles.
• Hands‑on experience administering One Identity Manager.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance and provisioning concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL and Windows‑based enterprise environments.
