Operations Compliance Officer – CCTV Monitoring

About the role

WISTER is looking for an Operations Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory and internal compliance across its Jeddah restaurant network. The role focuses on real‑time monitoring of branch activities, ensuring that all operational standards, food safety practices, and cash handling procedures are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Live monitoring of all branches through CCTV from the Control Room
• Verify full compliance with SOPs, internal policies, and food‑safety standards
• Inspect cash‑handling processes and report any violations
• Prepare daily monitoring reports and promptly escalate non‑compliance cases
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to resolve identified issues

Required profile

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email communication
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity and responsibility
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or quick‑service‑restaurant (QSR) operations is a plus
