Operations Excellence Senior Manager

About the role

The Operations Excellence Senior Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives that boost operational efficiency across HungerStation’s logistics, fleet, marketing, fintech, product, and customer service functions. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures processes are scalable, cost‑effective, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that reduce costs, improve scalability, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional projects in logistics, fraud prevention, cancellation reduction, and automation of manual processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, conduct regular audits, and standardize reporting to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance fraud detection algorithms and implement predictive models for waste reduction.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
• COPC Customer Experience Implementation Leader certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
