Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple Cinnabon food and beverage outlets across Saudi Arabia, ensuring consistency, profitability, and compliance with local regulations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned restaurants, cafés and F&B outlets.
• Implement company policies, SOPs and brand standards uniformly.
• Monitor financial performance, achieve sales and EBITDA targets, and control food, labor and operating costs.
• Lead, coach and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams, handling staffing and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, municipal regulations, HACCP and food‑safety requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels, minimise waste and coordinate with procurement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, track KPIs and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Previous role as Operations Manager within a restaurant or food‑service brand.
• Proven ability to manage multiple units and large teams.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and operational performance.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and food‑safety standards.
• Available to join as soon as possible.
