Operations Manager – Healthcare Clinic

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities at our Riyadh clinic. The role ensures efficient service delivery, high‑quality patient experience and smooth coordination between medical and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow management and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and support staff to maintain adherence to clinical and operational policies.
• Analyze performance data, monitor KPIs and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, supplies and inventory to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Support budgeting, cost‑control initiatives and financial reporting.
• Handle escalated issues, contribute to quality‑improvement projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in strategic planning and implementation across the clinic.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management within clinics, hospitals or healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety and KSA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in budgeting, cost control and vendor management.
