Operations Manager - Saudi National (B2B Business)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for a newly created leadership position overseeing day-to-day operations across its Riyadh and Al Khobar offices. The role provides operational leadership, manages local business requirements and ensures Saudi Arabia operations align with the organization's global standards, working closely with senior leadership in Saudi Arabia and international operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and business operations across Riyadh and Al Khobar.
• Lead local operational initiatives and implement global projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage office budgets, expenses, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance, health and safety and workplace standards.
• Support office relocations, renovations, expansions and other operational projects.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and other support functions.
• Advise on local employment practices, business requirements and regulations, and support employee relations.
• Manage, support and develop a small local operations team.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, service quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Significant experience in office management, business operations, administration or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services firm or multinational organization is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment practices, regulations and local business requirements.
• Proven experience managing budgets, suppliers, facilities and operational projects.
• Fluent English; Arabic fluency is expected.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and supporting operations in both Riyadh and Al Khobar.
• Predominantly office-based, with some flexibility when required.
