Regulatory Violations Monitoring & Oversight Assistant Manager

About the role

The Regulatory Violations Monitoring & Oversight Assistant Manager coordinates non-CST regulatory violations across the organization, working with the relevant GRCs to ensure proper registration, tracking, escalation and timely closure. The role also drives corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis and follow-up to support regulatory compliance and prevent recurrence. It is a Senior Professional level position based in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a central log of all non-CST regulatory violations received from GRCs.
• Act as the main interface with stc Unit GRCs for receiving and coordinating violations across stc.
• Register each violation and ensure handling activities are initiated.
• Track and update violation statuses and follow up with GRCs to ensure timely closure.
• Escalate violations at risk of delay to management.
• Drive corrective actions, root cause analyses and preventive actions with GRCs, and ensure they are identified, implemented and validated.

Required profile

• 5 years or more of experience.
• Prior experience in a compliance role in a large organization.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry or a similar large-scale consumer service industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in an audit or compliance function in KSA is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
