About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day activities, ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance and high‑quality service delivery. The role blends operational management, sales performance monitoring and CRM oversight while coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of workflows and processes.
• Monitor performance of sales consultants and frontline teams, including targets, productivity and customer follow‑up.
• Oversee CRM utilization, ensuring accurate data, timely updates and effective lead management.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and business partners on orders, deliveries and operational requirements.
• Track vehicle orders, supply schedules, shipments and delivery timelines.
• Support B2C and B2B sales operations and help achieve commercial targets.
• Analyze operational and sales data, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular operational, sales and performance reports for senior management.
• Coach team members through performance feedback and continuous development.
• Resolve operational issues with internal departments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant experience in operational or sales support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
