Operative - Distribution Center - Riyadh

About the role

The Operative will support daily warehouse activities at the Riyadh distribution centre, ensuring smooth receipt, handling, and dispatch of goods. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory and delivering a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming consignments, check documentation and perform put‑away.
• Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
• Verify, load and dispatch vehicles, ensuring correct paperwork.
• Perform value‑added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking and labeling.
• Maintain accurate stock replenishment and assist with stock counts.
• Handle stock carefully, follow standard operating procedures and report any damages.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Provide courteous, customer‑focused service and support a cooperative work environment.

Required profile

• Demonstrates commitment, integrity, empathy and flexibility.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks and standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
