Oracle ERP & Oracle PMIS Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Oracle ERP & Oracle PMIS Sales Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales across Saudi Arabia. The role owns the full revenue cycle, from hunting new opportunities to closing complex, multi‑module deals with government, PIF‑related entities and large private organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and qualify new Oracle ERP and Oracle PMIS opportunities, building a high‑quality enterprise pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Own deals end‑to‑end: lead qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, contract closure and handover to delivery with clear milestones.
• Target and penetrate government entities, PIF‑related organisations and large private sector groups, identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities between Oracle PMIS and Oracle ERP/Fusion Applications.
• Maintain revenue accountability by working closely with PMO, finance and delivery teams to ensure timely mobilisation, milestone‑based billing and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with presales, solution architects, finance and contracts to guarantee deals are deliverable, profitable and contractually sound.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience selling enterprise software or IT solutions.
• Proven track record with Oracle ERP and/or Oracle PMIS sales.
• Experience managing long‑cycle enterprise sales (3–6 months) and closing multi‑million SAR deals.
• Strong exposure to government or large semi‑government organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to hunt new enterprise opportunities and drive complex, multi‑stakeholder sales.
