Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist to join our client team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing and delivering end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, supporting pre‑sales activities and driving digital HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical and functional design of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits).
• Implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Process Business Logic (PBL).
• Develop and maintain reports with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Configure security architecture, custom role mapping, data privacy and compliance settings.
• Collaborate with sales teams on pre‑sales demonstrations and solution proposals.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in ERP/HRIS implementations.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven track record of leading full‑cycle HCM implementations.
• Saudi national (as indicated in the title).
