OT Cybersecurity Solutions Manager

About the role

Lead the development, positioning and delivery of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity solutions. Oversee technical development, pre‑sales activities and solution engineering to ensure competitive, scalable offerings that meet customer and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Direct technical development activities, review and approve proofs‑of‑concept and solution designs, and guide vendor evaluation and technology selection.
• Provide technical input for RFPs, proposals and tender submissions, ensure compliance, and support workshops, presentations and customer engagements.
• Manage site surveys, technical risk assessments and the transition of solutions from pre‑sales to project execution, coordinating with project teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain relationships with OT cybersecurity vendors, approve tools and platforms, and ensure alignment with project needs.
• Lead and develop OT cybersecurity engineering and pre‑sales teams, define competency requirements and promote cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, technical development, pre‑sales and solution engineering.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing technical teams.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑anticipation and business planning skills.
• Experience in budgeting, organizational development and process improvement.
