Part-Time Recruitment Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Part‑Time Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our Food & Beverage (FMCG) business. Working remotely, you will source, assess, and guide candidates through to offer acceptance while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and other channels.
• Conduct proactive Boolean searches and networking to build talent pipelines.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
• Provide interview evaluations and feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and recruitment activities with hiring managers.
• Support offer preparation, salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience; mass recruitment is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in the Food & Beverage (FMCG) sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
