Partner Sales Director - Global System Integrator (GSI)

About the role

The Partner Sales Director – Global System Integrator (GSI) will be based in Saudi Arabia and will lead a senior, globally‑focused partner sales function. You will drive growth by building strategic relationships with GSI partners and expanding adoption of open‑source, Linux, cloud and enterprise technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with Global System Integrator partners.
• Design and execute partner strategies covering sell‑to, sell‑through and sell‑with motions to increase market share and revenue.
• Lead cross‑functional business interactions from engineers to C‑suite executives.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and business terms.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales engineering, product and other teams to meet partner and business objectives.
• Identify customer and partner requirements, spot gaps in offerings and create new opportunities for technology adoption.
• Drive executive interlocks, workshops, sales events and public presentations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in indirect and channel sales, preferably with technology partners.
• Proven ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong track record of developing and executing partner‑centric go‑to‑market strategies.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
