Partnership Manager

About the role

Careem is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive its partnership agenda across government agencies and key industries such as telecom, financial services, logistics and travel. The role works closely with the Business Development Director, local marketing and operations teams, and data analysts to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and satisfy partner requests within agreed timeframes.
• Execute business development initiatives with partners and measure impact (trips, new users, revenue, impressions).
• Align partnership activities with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Demand Growth and Business Intelligence.
• Collect, tabulate and present partnership performance data for strategic insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Middle East.
• Strong sales or marketing background with exposure to multiple industries.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences.
• Solid understanding of the market, products, competitors and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with Careem’s core values (bold, focused, agile, collaborative).
