Partnerships & Business Development Associate

About the role

The Partnerships & Business Development Associate supports Maison Pyramide’s growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Working closely with the Partnerships Director, you will help identify new opportunities, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate vendor activities in a fast‑paced luxury and cultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and track new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Build and maintain prospect databases, target account lists, and stakeholder networks.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead‑generation activities.
• Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
• Coordinate introductory meetings, partnership discussions, and follow‑up actions.
• Assist in managing the business development pipeline, including opportunity tracking, proposal status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial submissions, and partnership documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, clients, and government entities.
• Manage vendor registrations, pre‑qualification processes, and procurement platform submissions.
• Update the Partnerships CRM, Notion dashboards, stakeholder databases, and opportunity pipelines.
