Parts Controller – Marketing & Sales Role

About the role
The company is looking for a Parts Controller who will also drive marketing and sales activities across its territory in Saudi Arabia. The role combines inventory oversight with customer relationship management and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and ensure timely availability for customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products within the assigned region.
- Lead a sales team, monitor their performance, and achieve defined sales targets.
- Travel throughout the country as required to meet clients and support the sales force.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Required profile
- University graduate in marketing or business.
- Previous marketing and sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Fast learner with the ability to acquire product knowledge quickly.
- Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
