Passenger Service Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

The Passenger Service Agent will ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for airline passengers at Jeddah Airport. You will handle check‑in, boarding, baggage and special assistance duties while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check‑in counters before and after flights, providing signage and stationery.
• Verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and manage passenger flow at gates.
• Assist passengers during irregularities such as delays, cancellations or diversions, communicating updates promptly.
• Handle excess baggage fees, lost‑and‑found items, and support passengers with special needs (VIPs, unaccompanied minors, wheelchair assistance).
• Make public address announcements and coordinate with ramp teams to ensure equipment and luggage are ready for loading.
• Maintain compliance with all standard operating procedures, airline‑specific policies and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a high‑school diploma.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, numerate and able to follow procedures while adapting flexibly when needed.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Fast and accurate typing abilities.
