Pasteurization Plant Operator

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Pasteurization Plant Operator for a client in Saudi Arabia, based in the Eastern Region. The operator runs and monitors the pasteurization process in a food or beverage production facility so that products meet safety, quality and regulatory standards. The position is on site and lasts 1 year.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain pasteurization machinery regularly to prevent breakdowns.
• Record and report operational data such as temperature, pressure and production volumes.
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment faults promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control policies.
• Work with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimise production.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace following health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the same field.
• Proven experience operating pasteurization or heat-treatment equipment in a production environment.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, effective communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
