Pay Expansion Executive - POS & Cash Management

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014 with headquarters in Riyadh, is hiring a Pay Expansion Executive. The role focuses on POS and cash management, growing adoption of Foodics Pay among existing customers and building a pipeline of opportunities. It works closely with Customer Success, Operations and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Foodics Pay products to clients and build an active pipeline with a strong closing rate.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and close pre-generated opportunities, advising on cross-sell and up-sell.
• Align with customers on market trends and hold demos, reporting closed wins and losses.
• Report periodically to the Sales Expansion Team Leader on process optimization, offers, bundling and customer feedback.
• Call customers, schedule meetings and stay on top of their needs.

Required profile

• Preferred bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field; 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in sales, pipeline and funnel management, owning the full sales cycle.
• Valid driving licence and own car; familiarity with the cities of the assigned country.
• Willingness to do field work and occasional travel within and outside the assigned area.
• Passion for technology, a fast-growing SaaS company, food and restaurants.
