Payers Management Account Manager

About the role

The Payers Management Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between NUPCO and Nahdi for the Wasfaty program. This role ensures strategic relationship management, SLA compliance, and drives business development initiatives to meet program objectives and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders at NUPCO, the Ministry of Health, and other government entities.
• Coordinate regular business review meetings to discuss performance, KPIs, service improvements and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (GROMS, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to identify growth opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor contractual obligations, KPIs and SLA performance, and support renegotiation of terms when needed.
• Serve as the focal point for issue resolution related to service delivery, claims, system integration and stakeholder requirements.
• Provide regular performance insights and market trend analysis to the Wasfaty Department Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of relevant experience in account management, stakeholder relations or healthcare payer programs.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations and government procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
