People and Culture Manager

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking an experienced and empathetic People and Culture Manager to lead its people strategy in Riyadh. You will act as the trusted voice on HR matters within the leadership team, partnering with department heads to drive workforce excellence and foster an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive People and Culture strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
• Manage, coach and develop the People and Culture team.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, organisational structure and resourcing.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes and probationary reviews.
• Coach managers on performance management, difficult conversations and workplace relations.
• Handle employee‑relations matters with sensitivity, maintain accurate documentation and ensure legal compliance.
• Analyse engagement survey results and drive improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a People and Culture or HR role.
• Proven experience managing employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
• People‑analytics tools experience.
