People Operations Intern

About the role

Keenfinity, a global provider of security and communication solutions with over 4,000 employees in more than 50 countries, is looking for a People Operations Intern to join its team in Riyadh. The intern supports a range of HR initiatives across multiple countries and gains hands-on experience in international HR operations and cross-functional project work. The internship is intended for Saudi nationals and is designed to support the development of local talent; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Support the review and redesign of HR processes, policies and practices, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Assist with HR administration and payroll processes while taking ownership of a dedicated area of responsibility.
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, IT and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Recently concluded a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
