People Ops & Culture Specialist

About the role

AstroLabs is seeking a People Ops & Culture Specialist to become the operational anchor of its People function in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience while championing the company’s culture locally.

Key responsibilities

• Fully own and manage Saudi government portals (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
• Monitor updates to Saudi labour law, assess impact, and ensure company-wide compliance.
• Handle KSA employment documentation and regulatory requirements in coordination with GRO/PRO services.
• Lead onboarding for KSA employees, coordinating documentation, system access, and manager hand‑overs.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, including documentation, asset retrieval, and access disablement.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, supporting conflict resolution and employee‑relations matters.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local labour regulations, escalating risks when necessary.
