Performance Manager - Paid Search

About the role

Carat, part of the Dentsu network, is looking for a Performance Manager in Riyadh. The role leads the planning, execution and optimization of performance campaigns across paid search and other performance channels, driving measurable outcomes and efficiency through data-led decisions so that campaigns meet client business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance campaigns, primarily paid search
• Optimize bidding strategies, creatives, audience targeting and landing experiences
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights and growth opportunities
• Work closely with analytics, content and strategy teams on performance objectives
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
• Stay up to date on digital performance trends, tools and automation

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, bidding models and measurement
• Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills
