Pharmacist – Patient Care & Medication Management

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. In this position you will dispense medications, provide personalized counseling, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Offer medication counseling, addressing patient questions about treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage individualized medication treatment plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as needed in coordination with medical staff.
• Conduct training sessions on medication safety and wellness for staff and patients.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay updated on new medication developments and pharmacy practice advancements.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field.
