Physical Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to join Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assess patients, design individualized rehabilitation programs, and deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans with clear objectives, treatment modalities, expected outcomes, and discharge criteria.
• Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with the approved plan, monitoring patient response and progress.
• Re‑assess patients regularly and modify treatment plans to optimise outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical System, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in community education, marketing activities and outreach programs to promote rehabilitation services.
• Plan and lead in‑service training and educational sessions for staff and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) professional experience in physical therapy.
• Strong knowledge of modern physical therapy techniques and best practices.
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic abilities.
