Physiotherapy Specialist – Home Health Care

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated physiotherapy specialist to join our Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team. The successful candidate will deliver general and specialized physiotherapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain mobility and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose physical limitations and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on self‑management techniques and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Excellent documentation abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach and familiarity with safety and infection‑control regulations.
