Pilates Lead

About the role

CORE Life is seeking a full‑time Pilates Lead to join its wellness team at the Riyadh facilities. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality Pilates classes, designing safe programs for members of all fitness levels, and ensuring an exceptional studio experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver group and one‑on‑one Pilates sessions, adapting exercises to individual needs.
• Conduct initial client assessments and monitor progress.
• Mentor and guide other Pilates instructors, maintaining studio standards.
• Coordinate class schedules and support member retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with wellness and hospitality teams to promote CORE Life offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment in line with brand standards.

Required profile

• Professional Pilates certification (mat and/or apparatus) from a recognized training body.
• Proven experience leading group and individual Pilates sessions for diverse ages and abilities.
• Strong client‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport and motivate participants.
• Experience supervising or mentoring other instructors.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary wellness and hospitality setting.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking or membership software and basic digital tools.
