Planner Engineer – Project Scheduling Specialist

About the role

The Planner Engineer will develop, monitor and update project schedules to ensure timely and budget‑compliant delivery of construction projects. Working closely with engineering, procurement and construction teams, you will provide schedule analysis, reporting and risk mitigation for our clients in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, defining activities, durations, dependencies and the critical path.
• Update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress, forecast completion dates and analyse variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S‑curves and resource histograms for management and clients.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and material requirements according to the schedule and monitor resource productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment and support schedule‑related discussions.
• Identify schedule risks, prepare mitigation plans and support Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
