About the role
The Planning Engineer will lead project planning and scheduling activities for large‑scale building and commercial complex projects. You will ensure that all milestones are accurately tracked and that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera.
- Monitor project progress, analyse deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular status reports and interactive dashboards with Power BI and MS Project.
- Support risk management, resource allocation, and schedule optimisation across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between schedule, scope, and budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience on large‑scale building projects such as universities, schools, or hospitals.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
