About the role
El Soadaa Arabian for Contracting is seeking a Planning Engineer for its Riyadh head office. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing recovery and look‑ahead plans to support successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor daily progress, generate progress reports and S‑Curves, and analyse delays.
- Develop recovery plans and look‑ahead schedules to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate schedule information with project management and site teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including work on Saudi Arabia projects.
- Proven experience in progress monitoring, schedule updates, recovery plans and look‑ahead schedules.
Required skills
- Primavera P6 proficiency.
- Critical Path analysis.
- S‑Curves and progress reporting.
- Delay analysis.
- Project coordination and monitoring.
