Policy Governance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Policy Governance Manager to lead the review and oversight of policies and procedures across the organization. Based in Riyadh, you will ensure that all policies align with regulatory requirements, internal standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage reviews of policies and MPMs to ensure regulatory and internal alignment.
• Maintain consistency in policy structure, classification, definitions and Delegation of Authority alignment.
• Conduct implementation challenge assessments to identify gaps between policy intent and execution.
• Manage regulatory‑to‑policy mapping, remediate compliance gaps, overlaps and risks.
• Develop and maintain policy standards, templates, taxonomy and internal review guidelines.
• Support policy owners in building governance frameworks and ensuring internal alignment.
• Plan and execute Policy Effectiveness Reviews and prepare reports for Executive Management and Board committees.
• Coordinate policy‑related submissions to Executive Management and Board committees, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Oversee the centralized policy repository, including version control, publication and retirement of outdated policies.
• Drive enhancements to governance processes, workflows, internal controls and supporting tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in policy and procedure development and governance.
• Solid regulatory knowledge, preferably CMA, SAMA or equivalent.
• Demonstrated research and benchmarking capability.
• Strong governance and process management expertise.
• Effective organization, coordination and project management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and documentation management.
