Pre-Qualification & Prescription Manager – Utilities

About the role

The Pre‑Qualification & Prescription Manager will lead the pre‑qualification processes for power and water projects, ensuring compliance and high‑quality prescription activities. Reporting to senior management, the role supports alfanar’s growth in the utilities sector across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Power & Water sales strategy, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Monitor and update documentation, approvals, and requirements from end‑users and consultants.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders in the power and water sectors.
• Track marketing and sales performance, providing regular reports and corrective recommendations to top management.
• Lead a high‑performing team, set objectives, and drive successful pre‑qualification outcomes.
• Coordinate power and water product solutions across alfanar’s business units to ensure a unified market presence.
• Provide tools and technical specifications to meet client compliance needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales strategy, pre‑qualification or business development within the power or water industry.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor performance metrics and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both local and international partners.
• Leadership capability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.
