Pre-Sales Engineer – Audio Visual Solutions

About the role

My client, a Saudi group active in Smart Spaces Solutions, is looking for a Pre‑Sales Engineer specializing in audio‑visual (AV) solutions in Jeddah. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive account penetration by leveraging the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver basic and advanced customer training and technical presentations.
• Act as the escalation point of contact for team members and conduct account reviews and regional sales planning meetings.
• Liaise with the Account Team and Service Delivery Team on customer projects, assessing needs and designing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to the sales team, create RFP/RFI responses, and support proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Assist customers with technical questions via Live Chat.
• Help create RFP and RFI responses.
• Support account managers by developing a firm understanding of customers’ technical dilemmas.
• Travel to various locations, including on‑site sales opportunities, partner training, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in audio‑visual systems as a pre‑sales engineer.
• Ability to articulate requirements and expectations clearly and assertively.
• Results‑oriented with strong professional ethics.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑focused environment.
• Structured thinker, effective communicator, and ownership‑driven.
