Pre Seller – Field Sales & Distribution

About the role

The Pre Seller is responsible for driving sales and expanding product distribution across the assigned territory. You will work directly with retailers, eateries and other outlets to ensure product availability, visibility and compliance with trade fundamentals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all assigned SKUs and increase distribution through channels such as TT, ET, SSV and wholesale.
• Identify and acquire new customers, expanding numeric coverage within the area.
• Monitor stock levels, prevent out‑of‑stock and expiry situations, and enforce FIFO at every outlet.
• Execute daily call plans, maintain strong market presence and perform merchandising activities (stock rotation, POSM deployment, signage, cooler placement, promotional material management).
• Generate accurate pre‑sell orders with SKU details, quantities and promotions for next‑day delivery.
• Coordinate order taking, delivery, cash collection or temporary credit in line with company credit policies.
• Track performance metrics, report competitor pricing and promotions, and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and collaborate with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the beverage, bottling or FMCG industry.
• Basic proficiency in English; Arabic is the working language.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems or SAP is an advantage.
• Valid light‑vehicle driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow designated routes and adhere to company processes and policies.
