Presales Consultant – Education

About the role

We are looking for a Presales Consultant specialized in the education sector to support our customers in designing and validating end‑to‑end technology solutions. The role bridges business requirements with technical design, guiding opportunities from qualification through proposal and deal support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops with schools, universities and education providers to gather requirements and translate them into solution scopes.
• Design and position learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS) and other digital learning platforms aligned with client needs.
• Validate solution feasibility, integration with identity and access management, and scalability on cloud environments.
• Prepare bid documents, proposals and commercial inputs, ensuring compliance with internal delivery and pricing rules.
• Collaborate with delivery, finance, and partner teams to support successful hand‑over and implementation.

Required profile

• Proven presales experience in education technology, including public and private institutions.
• Strong analytical and solutioning skills with the ability to convert business needs into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cloud foundations) are advantageous.
