Pre‑Seller – Field Sales & Distribution

About the role

The Pre‑Seller is responsible for driving sales and expanding distribution of assigned SKUs across a defined territory. You will work directly with retailers, eateries and other outlets to ensure product availability, proper merchandising and timely order generation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all assigned SKUs and grow numeric coverage by acquiring new customers.
• Execute daily call plans, maintain full market coverage, and ensure FIFO compliance at every outlet.
• Perform core field activities such as stock rotation, POSM deployment, signage, cooler placement and promotional material management.
• Generate accurate pre‑sell orders with SKU details, quantities and promotions for next‑day delivery.
• Coordinate order taking, delivery scheduling and cash/credit collection in line with company credit policies.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions, and report insights to line managers.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and drivers to guarantee smooth loading and delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the beverage, bottling or FMCG industry.
• Basic proficiency in English; Arabic is the working language.
• Computer literacy with familiarity of CRM systems or SAP considered an advantage.
• Valid light‑vehicle driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow designated routes and adhere to company policies.
