Principal Engagement Manager – Digital Strategy

About the role

Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group (DSG) in EMEA is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders in regulated industries. You will partner with enterprise sales teams to shape digital transformation strategies, co‑create future customer experiences, and build compelling business cases that drive Adobe‑powered outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with C‑suite executives across financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare and the public sector to define transformation road‑maps.
• Co‑create “north star” experience visions and identify the capabilities needed to deliver them.
• Develop value‑based narratives and quantified business cases that demonstrate the economic impact of Adobe solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, solution consultants and partners to accelerate complex enterprise opportunities.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership and work across product, consulting and ecosystem teams to deliver high‑impact engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with organisations in regulated sectors (financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare, public sector).
• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends, customer experience, digital marketing and data‑enabled engagement.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex ideas into clear strategic narratives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a consultative, collaborative approach.
