Procurement Consultant – Business Consulting (KSA)

About the role

Join EY’s Supply Chain & Operations – Procurement team to help leading organisations improve their procurement and sourcing performance across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work within a high‑performing consulting team, delivering innovative commercial insights and supporting clients through complex procurement transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative commercial insights tailored to client needs and cultural contexts.
• Adapt procurement methods and practices to fit operational teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership on spend management, category management, and strategic sourcing.
• Improve operational efficiency on client projects and internal initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of procurement project experience in industry or a tier‑1 consultancy.
• Outstanding academic record (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
• Passion for digital solutions, operating‑model development, third‑party spend management, ESG, or supply‑chain solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify business opportunities and cross‑sell services.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
