Procurement Coordinator – Odoo ERP Specialist

About the role

EXPERIA is seeking a highly organized Procurement Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end procurement operations using the Odoo ERP system. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase requisition to purchase order and supplier delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best value, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and related supplier documentation.
• Track purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor procurement budgets and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years using Odoo ERP’s Procurement module.
• Experience in project‑based procurement, preferably in events, construction, marketing or professional services.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP – Purchase Module, Vendor Management, RFQ management, PO processing, approval workflows, reporting and master data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
