Procurement Manager – Low Current Systems Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of materials and services for low‑current system projects, including security, fire‑alarm, building management, automation and ICT solutions. The role combines technical understanding of these systems with strong negotiation abilities to deliver cost‑effective results on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for low‑current system components.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.
• Interpret and verify technical specifications for security, fire‑alarm, BMS, automation and ICT equipment.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
• Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Control budgets, track costs and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Provide project support by ensuring timely material sourcing and service acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven procurement experience within the low‑current systems industry.
• Strong negotiation track record with ability to secure advantageous terms.
• Deep understanding of technical specifications for security, fire‑alarm, BMS, automation and ICT solutions.
• Excellent supplier relationship management and market analysis skills.
• Experience in budget management and cost‑optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
