Procurement Manager – MEP & Fitout Construction

About the role

The company, a total finishing and fit‑out service provider, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement for MEP and fit‑out projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong vendor management, cost control and coordination with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for MEP and fit‑out construction projects.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment and services within project budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and performance standards.
• Coordinate procurement planning with project, estimation and engineering teams.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis and contract documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in MEP and fit‑out construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers and subcontractor management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lebanese nationality preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in procurement systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
