Procurement Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the company's sourcing function in Riyadh, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality acquisition of goods and services across all operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies and annual plans aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, including purchase orders and contract administration.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain a qualified supplier base to achieve optimal cost, quality, and service.
• Identify cost‑saving and value‑engineering opportunities and monitor procurement spend against budgets.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, Warehouse and other departments to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, supply risks and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and internal policies.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the procurement team, establishing KPIs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance or a related field.
• Preferred professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or CSCP.
• 8–10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
